Bulk Billing for Kids Under 14 Years of Age
Children under 14 years of age will be bulk billed for standard consultations only (Consultations 15 minutes & under). Does not apply to small procedures, wound dressings, sutures, treatment of fractures etc).
Please note that Bulk Billing DOES NOT apply to any patient on weekends, public holidays, appointments after 3:00pm on weekdays, small procedures, sutures, treatment of fractures etc.
Initial consultation for all new patients (irrespective of age) booked as a long consultation will not be bulk billed.
Pre-booked consultation fees will apply if you book a Long appointment- $180 (30 mins).
It is expected that all accounts are fully paid at the end of the consultation. Payment may be made by cash, credit card (Master Card or Visa) or Eftpos. If you are having difficulties paying your account, please talk to our Practice Manager in confidence.
Accounts not settled on the day will attract a $10.00 accounting fee.
Additional Fees
There is an additional fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record,
including the following medical reports:

- Employment
- Life Insurance
- Family Medical Leave
